New Hope First Baptist Church is searching for a Full Time Ministry Assistant/Senior Pastor Support.

This is a vital position of Pastoral Ministry Assistant on our ministry support team. The position supports the Senior Pastor, Keith Pate.

Basic skills needed:

  • Significant organizational/administrative skills to manage large initiatives and projects stemming from the Senior Pastor.

  • Good communication skills with the desire and ability to collaborate with other staff team members.

  • Understanding of basic financial principles and practices of New Hope or the ability to learn these practices.

  • Maturity and skills to represent the Senior Pastor with staff members, administrative committees, deacons and members of the church as needed.

  • Skills to problem solve with the Financial Ministry Assistant and Communications Director as needed.
