Join Strategic Church Solutions and Dr. Pat Ford for a conversation to explore these critic issues facing the Post-Pandemic Church and potential strategies for moving into the future.
*Dr. Pat Ford is a Leadership Coach/Consultant at Pat Ford Coaching and Consulting in Austin, Texas and is passionately engaged in elevating leaders and strengthening churches. Pat previously served as a Church Consultant for 13 years with LifeWay Christian Resources. In that role he served as a leadership and ministry specialist in Texas and Louisiana consulting churches and coaching ministry leaders in their mission of making disciples. He also served as the Team Leader for LifeWay Consultants across a 13-state region. Prior to that Pat served in executive leadership and ministry roles for many years in notable churches such as North Phoenix Baptist Church of Phoenix, Arizona; First Baptist Church of Midland, Texas; Rehoboth Baptist Church of Atlanta, Georgia; and First Baptist Church of Spartanburg, South Carolina. In addition, Pat has served as an Adjunct Professor in Christian Education and Leadership at Grand Canyon and Wayland Baptist Universities and as a Field Supervisor for master and doctoral students at Southwestern, Southeastern, Golden Gate, and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminaries as well as Rockbridge Seminary. He has also authored numerous publications and is a frequent conference leader.
Pat attended Paris Junior College and Baylor University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. He then studied at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary completing a Master of Religious Education degree followed by additional Master of Divinity studies. He did Doctor of Philosophy studies in Higher Education at North Texas State University and earned a Doctor of Education degree from Southwestern Seminary in Church and Education Administration. He is currently working toward Leadership Coaching Certification through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute.
